The short film The Sun Thief has been chosen to participate in the SGAE New Authorship Awards, within the Noves Visions section, in collaboration with the International Fantastic Film Festival of Sitges and the General Society of Authors and Publishers (SGAE).
SGAE NOVA AUTORIA AWARDS
The SGAE Foundation wants to be on the side of emerging talent and has been a window for two years to help promote and disseminate talent emerging from universities and Catalan film centers.
The Sun Thief will compete in the categories of Best Direction-Direction, Original Screenplay and Original Music. The awards ceremony will take place on Saturday, October 7 within the framework of the Festival at the Cinema Prado.
At the event, all the works selected from the new productions prepared by the students of the universities and film schools of Catalonia (fiction, animation and documentaries) will be screened.
