- Photocopy of certificate of completed studies and evaluation notes (JPG or PDF format / Max. 2Mb)
- ID photo (JPG or PDF format / Max. 2Mb)
- Photocopy of DNI (both sides) or passport (JPG or PDF format / Max. 2Mb)
